Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the level of consumer satisfaction in Po. New Executive Travel (Pekanbaru Route - Bagan Batu). Research population this is consumer Po. New Executive Travel. The sample is 100 people consumer. The sampling technique is the Acidental method. Technique data collection in this study were interviews, observations and questionnaire with technical data analysis using descriptive and quantitative. Type and the data sources used are primary data and secondary data. Results research is concluded as a whole regarding the effect of quality service and price on customer satisfaction at Po. New Executive Travel (Pekanbaru - Bagan Batu) is in the satisfactory category. This matter evidenced by the results of the calculation of the fcount test which is greater than the ftable value, and the . test tcount is also greater than the value of ttable. Then the value of R square is obtained by the value of by 0.769 or 76.9%.
