Abstract
The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze the influence of Occupational Safety and Health and Work Discipline on Work Productivity of Production Department Employees at PT. Mitra Unggul Pusaka (MUP), Langgam District, Pelalawan Regency. The study population was 124 people, with purposive sampling as many as 46 factory employees. While the types and sources of data obtained through primary data and secondary data with data collection techniques obtained from the distribution of questionnaires, interviews, and observations. Analysis of data obtained by using multiple linear regression and performed by examiners in a classical and partial. The results obtained in the study showed that occupational safety and health variables (K3) significantly affected the work productivity of the production employees of PT. Mitra Unggul Pusaka (MUP), as well as the results of work discipline variables that show a significant effect on the work productivity of the production employees of PT. Mitra Unggul Pusaka (MUP). While simultaneously occupational safety and health (K3) and work discipline significantly influence the productivity of the work of production employees of PT. Mitra Unggul Pusaka (MUP), Langgam District, Pelalawan Regency.
