Abstract

This study puspose to determine how emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence at PT. Duta Mitra Solusindo. The analysis in this study is a descriptive analysis research. The population in this study all employees of PT. Duta Mitra Solusindo. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with a sample size of thirty samples. The data used in this study are primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques using in this study using a questionnaire and documentation. The data analysis technique used is the validity and reliability test, the analysis explains the results of the respondents' figures and concludes them. The results of this study indicate that the responses of respondents strongly agree about emotional intelligence on all indicators, and respondents strongly agree with the dimensions of motivation and maintain good relations with superiors who have been proposed to PT. Duta Mitra Solusindo.
