Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of compensation and tenure on labor productivity of employees of PT. Indosawit Subur Group Ukui. The data used is primary data, namely data derived from questionnaires distributed to employees. The number of samples in this study were 87 employees. The results showed that the variables of compensation and tenure had a positive and significant effect on the labor productivity of PT. Indosawit Subur Group Ukui.
