Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze organizational communication at PT. Duta Palma Nusantara PKS Sei. Kuko Kuantan Singingi. The research method used is descriptive quantitative method, and the data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis. The data collection instrument in the form of a questionnaire with research samples are employees of PT. Duta Palma Nusantara in PKS Sei. Kuko, Kuantan Singingi Regency in the office division with 12 respondents. The results of the study show that organizational communication at PT. Duta Palma Nusantara PKS Sei. Kuko Kuantan Singingi has gone well. For organizational communication variables the respondent's answer category as a whole is good, because the score shows a value that is equal to 564 which is in the range 490 - 605. Organizational communication at PT. Duta Palma Nusantara in PKS Sei. Kuko Kuantan Singingi, seen from the communication dimension down, has been said to be good, communication upwards has been said to be good, horizontal communication has been said to be good, and diagonal communication has been said to be good.
