Abstract

This study entitled "The Effect of Product Attributes on Consumer Satisfaction (Samsung android mobile phone case study on students of the Faculty of Economics, Pekanbaru Riau Islamic University). This study aims to determine the effect of Product Attributes (X) consisting of Brands (X1) and Product Quality (X2) partially or simultaneously on Consumer Satisfaction (Y), (Samsung android mobile phone case study for students of the Faculty of Economics, Riau Islamic University, Pekanbaru) . In this study the sampling technique used was the technique of accidental random sampling, which is to determine the sample based on coincidence, the population in this study were students of the economic faculty of Riau Islamic University in Pekanbaru who used Samsung android mobile phones, with respondents as many as 60 people. The scale used is a Likert Scale with 5 (five) answer choice options. To test the feasibility of the instruments used to test the validity and reliability. Data collection techniques in this study used questionnaires and interviews. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS for windows Version 16.0. The results of the study: Shows that from the F test the overall brand and product quality have a significant effect with a value of 0,000 <0.05 on consumer satisfaction of Samsung Android mobile phones for students of Economics Faculty of Riau Islamic University Pekanbaru), from the results of the T test the most influential variable on customer satisfaction is the quality of products with T count of 5.679.
