Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the application of internet banking to the financial performance of banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). This research method used is descriptive quantitative research. The sampling technique was carried out using the Porposive Sampling technique. The number of samples used were 4 companies, namely: Bank Mandiri Tbk, Bank Negara Indonesia Tbk (BNI), Bank Danamon Tbk, Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk (BRI). By using a research period of 3 years before and 3 years during the implementation of internet banking. The technique of collecting financial report data is done by accessing the Bank Indonesia Directory Website and the www.idx.co.id website. The data analysis technique used Descriptive Statistical Analysis, Normality Test and Hypothesis Testing using the SPSS version 25 application. The results of this study showed that the ratio that showed no significance was in the ratio of operational efficiency and NPL. However, when viewed from the ratio of TPF and ROA, it has a significant influence between before and after the implementation of internet banking.
