Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out Employee Performance in Pekanbaru Senapelan District Health Center, population and sample taken are 13 nurses of the Senapelan District Health Center in Pekanbaru, data collection techniques in this study are interviews, questionnaires with data analysis techniques using descriptive and validity testing and reliability test. Where the results of the validity test with 10 questions were all valid and the realibiltaas test with alpha croanbach's 0.98 with a raliable conclusion. The results of this research are concluded as a whole regarding the performance of nurses in the Senapelan Pekanbaru District Health Center in a satisfactory category. Thus it can be concluded that these variables can affect nurse performance.
