Abstract
The research objective is to determine and analyze the effect of job characteristics and individual characteristics have a significant effect on job satisfaction of employees of Bank BRI Selat Panjang, Meranti Regency. This research was conducted with descriptive and quantitative methods using primary data and secondary data obtained through interviews or interviews and research questionnaires. Respondents taken were 37 employees as the research sample. From the research results, it is known that job characteristics and individual characteristics significantly influence employee job satisfaction at Bank BRI Selat Panjang, Meranti Regency.
