Abstract

The population in this study were all factory / production employees of PT. Sumber Sawit Sejahtera, amounting to 65 people. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique, namely sampling with a specific purpose, then in the study the authors took a sample of 61 employees in the production section excluding the foreman. While the types and sources of data obtained through primary data and secondary data. Analysis of the data obtained by using simple regression. Based on the results of research and discussion in this study note that the variable financial compensation has a significant influence on the performance of employees of PT. Sumber Sawit Sejahtera the which is shown in the significant test is t arithmetic> t table of 5.408> 1.682 and the partial contribution of financial compensation variables to employee performance by 33.1%. When viewed from the descriptive results the percentage of financial compensation variables is included in the very high category that is 83.02% and the performance variable of 83.16% is also categorized very high.
