Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of work ability and motivation on employee work productivity at PT. GCI Indonesia in Pekanbaru. The research method used is quantitative descriptive method, and the data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The data collection using a questionnaire with a research sample of employees of the Installer at PT. GCI Indonesia Pekanbaru with a total of 52 people. From the recapitulation of the answers of respondents showed that the ability of employees at PT. GCI Indonesia in Pekanbaru has been said to be good, employee motivation is good, and employee productivity has gone well. From the results of data analysis it can be concluded that partially and simultaneously work ability and motivation have positive and significant effect on employee work productivity at PT. GCI Indonesia in Pekanbaru. Keywords: Ability, Work Motivation, Employee Work Productivity.
