Abstract
The purpose of this study is to identify consumer decisions in buying used cars (Case study of Rhendy Auto Mobil Pekanbaru). This research was conducted with a descriptive method using primary data and secondary data obtained through interviews and research questionnaires. The population in this study are consumers who buy used cars as many as 50 people. Based on the research results, the following conclusions can be drawn. The factors that influence purchasing decisions are problem recognition factors, information seeking factors, alternative evaluation factors, purchase decisions, post-purchase behavior. So it can be concluded that the consumer's decision to buy a used car (Rhendy Auto Mobil Pekanbaru case study) is good.
