Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational commitment on the work productivity of PT Telkom Pekanbaru employees. The population in this study were employees of PT Telkom Pekanbaru, the entire population was 92 employees. In taking the sample, researchers used a purposive sampling method, namely only taking certain employees, namely employees of the Business Sales Division at PT Telkom Pekanbaru as many as 32 employees. The author uses descriptive quantitative analysis method using a simple linear regression model. The results showed that most employees expressed disagreement with the work productivity of PT Telkom Pekanbaru employees. The results showed that most of the employees agreed with the organizational commitment at PT Telkom Pekanbaru. Based on the partial test, the result shows that organizational commitment has a significant effect on the work productivity of PT Telkom Pekanbaru employees.
