Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine whether intellectual capital and financial performance have an effect on firm value in plantation companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This research was conducted at plantation companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2018. With a total sample of 11 companies using the census method. Data analysis using multiple linear regression. The results obtained from data analysis, it can be concluded that simultaneously intellectual capital (IC) and return on equity (ROE) affect the price earning ratio (PER). Meanwhile, partially intellectual capital (IC) and return on equity (ROE) have a significant effect on price earning ratio (PER) of companies listed in the plantation sector in 2015-2018.
