Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. Johan Sentosa Bangkinang Plantation. This study aims to find out and describe career development employees at PT. Johan Sentosa Bangkinang Plantation. The population in this study are all employees, while the sample used in this study is employees who have had 14 career development. In business obtaining the data needed by the data collection techniques used is questionnaire. Analysis of the data used is descriptive method, namely with collect data obtained from respondents. The results of this study indicate that career development has been effective and running well,
