Abstract

The purpose of this research is to identify, determine, analyze, and observe the supply management using the Economic Order Quantity method from the tofu production process by the Usaha Tahu Mandiri. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The results of this study indicate that the calculation of the raw material inventory carried out by the Usaha Tahu Mandiri resulted in a total cost of inventory (TIC) of Rp. 135.600.000. After calculating the raw material inventory using the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method, a better calculation is obtained, the total cost of the resulting inventory is Rp. 102.768.486.
