Abstract

the existence of such loans, UPK also expects the repayment of lians that have been given within the stipulated period. The UPK does not use collactural like other banks, but the UPK only relies in trust. The percentage (Non Loan Performing) of the NPL is an ideal percentage and the UPK office in Pasir Penyu District is healthy. Efforts to minimize non-performing loans, namely the UPK gives a bonus if the group repays the loan on time and the UPK always controls the spaciousness so that the reduction in arrears can accur.
