The purpose of this study was to analysis consumer perceptions of ice cream aice in Pekanbaru. Ice cream is a snack that is loved by many people ranging from small children to adults with a sweet and refreshing taste. One of the ice cream companies that originated in Indonesia Pt aplen food industry which is famous for Ice cream Aice interesting ice cream form with a variety of tastes that make the taste of ice cream products is different from ice cream in general. Data analysis used quantitative descriptive analysis The sample used by the purposive sampling technique as many as 100 consumers of primary data sources and secondary data. Data collection techniques using interview observation and questionnaire documentation. Based on the analysis of consumer perception the results of the study are that consumers can taste aice ice cream has a variety of fruit flavors and ice cream aice has a unique shape and ice cream has a halal certificate.
