Abstract
This study was shown to address the effect of providing allowances and the token economy method system on improving employee work discipline at the Pekanbaru Post Office. This study aims to determine how much influence the provision of allowances and the token economy method system on improving the discipline of employee work at the Pekanbaru Post Office. This research was carried out with quantitative methods using primary data and secondary data obtained through interviews and research questionnaires. The sample in this study amounted to 50 employees using saturated sampling. The results of the analysis show that the provision of allowances and the token economy method system to improve employee work discipline at the Pekanbaru Post Office is categorized as strong.
