Abstract

BMT Al-Ittihad is a micro sharia financial institution which is engaged in non-bank financial services. The purpose of this study was to identify and analyze the financing system at BMT Al-Ittihad Rumbai Pekanbaru with murabahah, istishna', and ijarah contracts. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive qualitative analysis. The data collection techniques in this study are the methods of documentation, interviews and observations. Based on the results of research, the financing system at BMT Al-Ittihad has used a system that is in accordance with sharia standards, namely, there is no element of usury, buying and selling transactions in kind, no late fines, no elements of ghoror, maysir, and fraud. this can be seen from the results of the realization of murabahah contracts of 0.955%, istisna' contracts 0.043% and ijarah 0.002% with the highest average margin of 1.05% on the general margin. It can be concluded that the financing system at BMT Al-Ittihad is good.
