Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of mutation and rotation on employees work motivation PT.Tunggal Perkasa Plantiation. The population in this study were PT.Tunggal Perkasa Plantiation in 2021, namely as many as 1.793 people. By using the slovin formula, the number of samples in this 95 respondents. Data collection techinques in study used a questionnaire containing questions given employees PT.Tunggal Perkasa Plantiation. The method in this study used SPSS version 20, namely using multiple linear regression analysis methods conssting or R square, partial T test, Simultaneous F test. The results showed that the mutation and rotation had a positive and significant effect on employees work motivation . Keywords : Mutation, Rotation, and Employees work motivation.
