Abstract

The feasibility analysis of developing a small tofu industry business, Mr. Win, aims to analyze the feasibility of developing a Tofu business in Pekanbaru in terms of environmental aspects, industrial structure, market and marketing aspects, management aspects and financial aspects. The feasibility study for business development was examined through several aspects, namely, environmental aspects, industrial structure, market and marketing aspects, as well as management and financial aspects. From these several aspects, it shows that the development of the tofu business run by Mr. Win is acceptable and feasible to carry out. To calculate the investment feasibility analysis, several analytical methods are used, namely, using the Payback Period (PP), Net Present Value (NPV), Profitability Index (PI), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Investible Surplus Method (ISM), Gold Value Method (GVM), Gold Index (GI). All of these methods show the results that the business development of Tofu Mr. Win is accepted and deserves to be implemented.
