Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work motivation on the performance of employees of PT. PLN (Persero) ULP Air Molek Indragiri Hulu. The data used is primary data, namely data derived from questionnaires distributed to employees. The number of samples in this study were 35 employees. The results showed that the variable of work motivation had a positive and significant effect on the performance of the employees of PT. PLN (Persero) ULP Air Molek Indragiri Hulu. Thus, it is known that the higher the employee's performance, the higher the employee's work motivation and conversely, the lower the motivation, the lower the employee's performance.
