Abstract
This study is intended to examine the effect of employee placement on employee performance at PT. Agung Automall SM Amin Pekanbaru. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of placement of employees has an influence on employee performance at PT. Agung Automall SM Amin Pekanbaru. The population in this study is the marketing staff at PT. Agung Automall SM Amin Pekanbaru. While the sample was taken as many as 50 people, the sampling technique used a census (saturated sampling). The data analysis used in this research is simple descriptive and linear analysis. Based on the results of simple regression analysis shows that the employee placement variable has a significant and positive effect on employee work performance. The amount of contribution given by employee placement variables is indicated by the determination coefficient value R Square (R2) of 0.675 or 67.5% while the remaining 32.5% is influenced by other factors that have nothing to do with this research.
