Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect to human relation and physical environmental conditions on the work ethic of employees at the Hutahaean Group Pekanbaru This research was conducted at the Hutahaean Goup Pekanbaru in early 2018. The population in this study was all Hutahaean Group employees. While the sampling technique uses census technique with a sampel 60 respondents. For data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that human relations variables and physical environmental conditions have a positive and significant influence on the work ethic of employees on Hutahaean Group Pekanbaru.
