Abstract

This study tries to analyze the quality of service at the UD workshop. Cipta Karya Kec. Bangko Jaya, Rokan Hilir. In this study, the sample of this research is customers or service users who represent ninety people from six thousand four hundred twenty two using the Slovin formula and using samples with accidental sampling, primary data types and secondary data sources, then techniques start data using questionnaires and interviews. And data analysis uses descriptive analysis, then data obtained in sports, tabulated and then analyzed and approved with a theoretical basis and then concluded. From the results of research on the quality of service at the UD workshop. Cipta Karya, which consists of five dimensions of Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Emphaty, the number of respondents' answers agree or in other words good, that is equal to (3,580) three thousand five hundred and eighty and proven by the results of the total service quality of motorcycle workshops is amounting to 6,952 (six thousand nine hundred fifty two).
