Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture and work environment on employee performance at the Talang Muandau Sub-district Office, Bengkalis Regency. The analytical tool used in this research is multiple linear analysis. The number of samples in this study were 31 people. The results showed partially, organizational culture had a positive and significant effect on employee performance and the work environment had a significant and positive effect on employee performance at the Talang Muandau sub-district office, Bengkalis Regency. Simultaneously, organizational culture and work environment have a significant effect on employee performance at the Talang Muandau sub-district office, Bengkalis Regency.
