Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze whether compensation has a significant positive effect on employee organizational commitment at PT. Nicho Sukses Perkasa in Pekanbaru. The population in this study were all employees at PT. Nicho Sukses Perkasa Pekanbaru. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling technique, namely samples taken based on the considerations and objectives of the researcher, amounting to 62 people. Data collection techniques in this study using a questionnaire distributed to employee members at PT. Nicho Sukses Perkasa Pekanbaru. The data analysis technique in this study used descriptive analysis and was assisted by using SPSS 26. The results of this study showed that compensation had a significant positive effect on employee organizational commitment at PT. Nicho Sukses Perkasa in Pekanbaru.
