Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of organizational culture on employee performance. This research was conducted at Bank BPR Rokan Hilir, Kubu Branch, Kubu District, Riau Province. The sample in this study amounted to 35 employees. Data Analysis using Simple Linear Regression. The results of the research that have been carried out explain that organizational culture has a significant influence on employees at Bank BPR Rokan Hilir, Kubu Branch, Kubu District. While the R square value of 0.659 explains that employee performance can be influenced by organizational culture by 65.9% while the remaining 33.1% is influenced by other variables not used in the study.
