Abstract

This research was conducted amed at knowing the level of income of hauseholds through the wet cake industry in the tasik serai sub-district, sub-district of Bengkalis regency. This research was conducted in the vilage of tasik, the sub-district of the of Bengkalis. As for the data used in this study are primary data and sencondary data, the population in this study was 13 wet cake hausehold industries, to find samples, it uses the stratifed random sampling methold with a standard error of 5% and the samples in this study is as many as 5 wet cake industry household. The method or data analysis technigue used in this study is a descriptive analysis method with steps to form a guidance guestionnaire, analyzing the reasons and analyzing the level of household industry income is done by comparing the amount of income obtaned from the wet cake industry to the standard of living needs (KHL) in the district of Bengkalis. Between 5 respondent housholds there are 3 respondent houshalds that can fulfill a life warthy of life as prosperaus. So it can be concluded that the home industry of wet cakes in the tasik serai village, sub-district of the district of Bengkalis is al ready prosperaus.
