Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence the dividend policy (DPR) of companies listed on the Jakarta Islamix Index (JII). Dividend policy is a policy or decision related to how much profit must be paid to shareholders and how much must be retained as additional company capital. Companies that are used as research samples are 6 companies. The data used for this research is secondary data with the study period 2015-2019. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple regression with SPSS. The results showed that simultaneously the Profitability (ROA), Liquidity (CR) and Firm Size variables had an effect on the dividend payout ratio (DPR). And the results of this study indicate that profitability (ROA) partially has a positive and significant effect on the variable dividend policy (DPR), Liquidity (CR) partially has a negative and significant effect on the dividend payout ratio (DPR) and company size partially has a positive and significant effect. on the dividend payout ratio (DPR).
