Abstract
This research was conducted with the aim of knowing and analyzing the effect of job placement on employee performance at PT. Global Indonesia Asia Sejahtera Pekanbaru. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Global Indonesia Asia Sejahtera Pekanbaru, which has 61 employees with the sampling technique used is the census method. In this study the authors used primary data and secondary data obtained through interviews and research questionnaires. The data analysis used in this research is descriptive analysis and simple linear regression analysis. From the research results it is known that there is a significant effect of job placement variables on the performance variable at PT. Global Indonesia Asia Sejahtera Pekanbaru.
