Abstract

This research was conducted in the city of Pekanbaru, which aims to determine the contribution of parking retribution and the optimization of parking retribution receipts to Regional Original Revenues from 2007 to 2016. In this study the authors used a quantitative descriptive analysis method, namely researchers displaying numbers, displaying tables , analyze using ratios, with contribution analysis methods and optimization analysis methods. The results of data analysis showed that the contribution of parking retribution in 2007 was 2,35%, 2008 was 1,76%, 2009 was 2,63%, 2010 was 3,17%, 2011 was 1,95%, 2012 was 1,41%, 2013 amounting to 1,45%, 2014 amounting to 1,42%, 2015 amounting to 1,53%, 2016 amounting to 1,71%, and the average rate of contribution toparking retribution, which is equal to 1,94% which is included in the criteria very lacking in contributing to PAD. Furthermore, the results of this data analysis show that the optimization of parking retribution receipts in 2007 was 105%, 2008 amounting to 85%, 2009 amounting to 94%, 2010 amounting to 107%, 2011 amounting to 86%, 2012 at 95%, 2013 at 86%, 2014 by 85%, 2015 by 50%, 2016 at 58%, and the average level of optimization of parking retribution receipts that is equal to 85,1% which is included inthe criteria is quite optimal in the implementation of the realization of parking fees against PAD.
