Abstract

This study aims to determine how the influence of regional income and government expenditure on economic growth in Siak year 2006-2016. The research method used for this writing is descriptive and quantitative research methods carried out by first collecting data that is then clarified, analyzed, then interpreted so that it can provide solutions to problems. With the formula used is multiple regression and data processing used is to use program eviews. The main data sources used are balance funds, regional original income, government expenditure and gross regional domestic product with oil and gas according to current prices from 2006-2016 in Siak. The results of this study indicate that balancing funds and original regional income do not significantly influence gross regional domestic products while government expenditure significantly influences gross regional domestic products in Siak year 2006-2016. While in the F (Simultaneous) test the three independent variables together have a significant effect on gross regional domestic products in Siak year 2006-2016 with R2 of 67% which means that the independent variables (balancing funds, regional original income and expenditure) government expenditure) is representative to explain the dependent variable (gross regional domestic product).
