Abstract

The purpose of this study was todetermine the level of welfare of rubber farmers in the village of Sungai Liti Kampar Kiri Sub-District Kampar District.The formulation of the research problem is “how high is the income of rubber farmers in the village of Sungai Liti Kampar Kiri Sub-District Kampar District” and “How the welfare of rubber farmers in the village of Sungai Liti Kampar Kiri Sub-District Kampar District”. This research was carried out in the village of Sungai Liti Kampar Kiri Sub-District Kampar District.The population is rubber farmers in the village of Sungai Liti Kampar Kiri Sub-District Kampar District. While the study sample was 26 family heads from rubber farmers.Types of data namely primary data and secondary data, while data collection is done by questionnaire and interview methods. Data analysis uses descriptive methods with quantitative approaches. The results of this study concluded that the average gross income in one month produces rubber in the village of Sungai Liti Kampar Kiri Sub-District Kampar District is equal to Rp. 2.240.000, while the average net income in one month produces rubber in the village of Sungai Liti Kampar Kiri Sub-District Kampar District is equal to Rp. 2.458.437 in producing rubber. Based on the results of the study to determine the level of welfare of each respondent by comparing the total income obtained by each respondent with KHL standard based on the responsibility determined by the Kampar District government, it was concluded that there were still many respondent from the Sungai Liti village who had not met the KHL with 26 respondent.
