Abstract
This study aims to analyze the supply chain management of iodized salt at CV Jelajah Alam in Kubang Jaya village, Kampar district - Riau. The object of this research was conducted at CV Jelajah Alam, Kampar district with the company's internal parties totaling 4 people as informants (samples). Data collection was done by interviewing and conducting library research. This study uses primary data and secondary data using the House Of Risk (HOR) method. Based on the research conducted, it can be concluded that the supply chain management of iodized salt at CV Jelajah Alam is not optimal because there are still risk factors that will become risk events and have an impact on supply chain performance. Risk events can be minimized or eliminated by anticipating priority risk causes with various suggested preventive actions.
