Abstract
This study aims to see how the business of food stalls and the absorption of labor in Mandau District, Bengkalis Regency. By using an income analysis to see the average profit at the food stall business, then a descriptive analysis is used to see the use of labor in the food stall business in Mandau District, Bengkalis Regency. From the results of the research conducted, it is obtained that the food stall businesses in Mandau District earn an average profit of Rp 6.942.083,33. Then from the results of the analysis regarding the use of food stall business workers in Mandau District, Bengkalis Regency, has the opportunity to increase the workforce of 3 or more people.
