Abstract
This research was conducted in Limbungan Sub-District, RumbaiPesisir District, Pekanbaru City, Riau Province with respondents from all employees or staff at PT. Asia Forestama Raya who works using accounting information systems. The purpose of this study was to obtain empirical evidence of the influence of accounting information systems and motivation on individual performance at PT. Asia Forestama Raya in Pekanbaru City. The data in this study are primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires to the intended respondents. Data analysis using multiple linear regression was processed with the help of a computer program SPSS Version 21.00. The results of this study indicate that the accounting information system variables and motivation simultaneously have a significant effect on individual performance. Partially the accounting information system and motivation also have a significant influence on individual performance.
