Abstract
Abstract Ekhal Ghipie Pratama This research was conducted in Maninjau, Kec. Tanjung Raya, Kab. Agam. with regard to this research the object is small business floating net cages in Tanjung Raya District. The problem raised in this study is whether the application of accounting carried out by floating net karamba fish business is in accordance with the basic concepts of accounting carried out in carrying out its business. The purpose of this study was carried out to determine the suitability of the application of accounting used by floating net cage business in Maninjau, Kec. Tanjung Raya, Kab. Agam against the basic concepts of accounting and for designing and making according to practical accounting for floating net karamba fish businesses. The data collected is primary and secondary data observation techniques after all the data is collected and then the data is analyzed using descriptive method. So that it can be seen whether floating net karamba fish have applied accounting in accordance with the basic concepts of accounting. Based on research and discussion it can be concluded that the application of accounting carried out by the karamba business is not in accordance with the basic concept of accounting.
