Abstract
The village is a legal community unit that has the authority to regulate and manage government affairs, the interests of the local community based on community initiatives in the government system of the unitary state of the Republic of Indonesia. This study aims to determine the application of financial accounting in Kebun Durian Village, Gunung Sahilan Subdistrict, Kampar Regency, which starts from data collection in Kebun Durian Village, Gunung Sahilan Subdistrict, Kampar Regency, the researcher uses Primary and Secondary Data in the form of written documents and direct interviews. This study uses the accounting cycle guidelines for the IAI-KASP Village Financial Accounting Assistance Guide, 2015 and General Acceptable Accounting Principles. Based on the results of research that has been done that the application of accounting in the Kebun Durian Village, Gunung Sahilan Subdistrict, Kampar Regency is not in accordance with the IAI-KASP Village Financial Accounting Assistance Guidelines, 2015 and General Acceptable Accounting Principles.
