Abstract

Fires are things that often occur, both fire houses, buildings, markets, and so on. Along with the times and technology today, building structures are more vulnerable to fires because the triggers are increasingly diverse and difficult to anticipate. Many things cause fires in buildings ranging from electrical short circuit and human negligence. Fire causes damage to the structure after the fire and certainly will affect the strength of the structure. The level of damage that occurs depends on the intensity of the fire and the duration of the fire. The purpose of this study was to determine the condition of the structural damage to the post-fire building by visual observation, the relationship of vibration testing to the level of damage, knowing the moment and lift force on the slab plate structure with the Stress Realease method, and the stages of structural plate repair post fire. The research method carried out a direct review of the field and documented the process stages of structural plate repair. Based on visual observations of structural plate elements on the 1st floor, 2nd floor, 3rd floor and not roof plates, cracks have occurred in the core plate and exfoliation of concrete blankets from existing plates. In some plates the structure of the condition of the concrete blanket surface is only a hair crack. From the results of the Stress Release analysis, the moment of cracking (Mcr) = 74.08 KNm and maximum moment (Mmax) = 23.544 KNm and plate lift force of 7 tons. Stages of post-fire plate repairs are carried out based on the level of damage, heavy damage using the grouting method with grouting material, intermediate damage to the plate using the injection method, and minor damage only cleaning the plate from post-fire dirt with sandblasting.
