Abstract
Research has been carried out at the Greenhouse Faculty of Agriculture, Riau Islamic University, Pekanbaru. For three months from October to December 2018. The aim of the study was to determine the effect of interaction and main liquid nasa organic fertilizer on various growing media on the growth of moon orchids (Phalaenopsis amabilis L.) from tissue culture (In-Vitro). The study used a factorial Completely Randomized Design (RAL) consisting of 2 factors. The first factor is the P Factor (Nasa liquid organic fertilizer) consisting of 4 treatment levels, namely 0, 2, 4, and 6 ml / l water and M Factor (planting media) consisting of 4 levels of treatment, namely fern roots, husk charcoal, cocopeate, and cocopeat + husk charcoal (1: 1). The parameters observed were plant height (cm), leaf length (cm), number of leaves (strands), number of tillers (fruit), root volume (cm³), and total leaf area (cm²). Observation data were analyzed statistically and continued with BNJ follow-up at the level of 5%. The results showed the interaction of the concentration of POC Nasa and various planting media had a significant effect on the parameters of the number of tillers and the total leaf area of the moon orchid plants, the best combination of treatments at the concentration of POC Nasa 6 ml / l water and on cocopeate media (P3M3). The main effect of the real POC Nasa concentration on all parameters. The main influence of various planting media has a significant effect on leaf length, number of tillers, and total leaf area in the treatment of M3 (Cocopeat) and M2 (husk charcoal).
