This study aims to analyze: (1) Farmer Characteristics and Farming Profiles, (2) Vegetable Farmers Exchange Rate, (3) Factors that influence Farmer Exchange Rates as an indicator of farmer welfare. This research was conducted for 6 months, namely January to June 2019 in Marpoyan Damai District, Pekanbaru City. The method used is the survey method. Simple random sampling was taken as many as 40 farmers from 136 vegetable farmers. Data were analyzed descriptively and used multiple regression analysis. The results showed an average of 42.5 years old farmers, 7.9 years of education, 13.23 years of cultivation experience, with a total of 5 dependents. The average land area is 0.32 Ha, the land ownership status is not owned by the farmer, with the capital used is Rp. 15,405,575.73 / 2 months, and the source of capital comes from his own capital. Furthermore, the results of the study show that the average income from the farming run is IDR 45,532,500.00 / 2 months with an average expenditure of IDR 25,130,398.20 / 2 months, which consists of food expenditure of IDR 3,781,572 , 50/2 months and non-food expenditure amounting to Rp. 5,943,250.00 / 2 months, and farming expenditures amounting to Rp. 15,405,575.73 / 2 months. The results of the analysis of vegetable NTP obtained NTP value of 177.28% and based on criteria of farmers' NTPs classified as prosperous. The results of multiple regression models indicate that there are 8 factors that influence vegetable FTT at 5% significance level, namely productivity (X1), farmer's age (X2), seed price (X5), fertilizer cost (X6), pesticide cost (X7), price selling vegetables (X8), food expenditure (X9) and nonfood expenditure (X10). Meanwhile, education (X3) and the number of family dependents (X4), did not significantly affect Vegetable NTP in Marpoyan Damai District, Pekanbaru City.
