Abstract
This research is entitled "Sanjayo Art Training in the District Kampar Kiri Hilir Kampar Regency Riau Province ". The aim of this study to find out about the Development of the Sanjayo Art Studio in Kampar Kiri District Downstream of Kampar Regency, Riau Province. The problem in question is How Development of the Sanjayo Art Studio in Kampar Kiri Hilir District Kampar Riau Province. This study aims to describe coaching Sanjayo Art Studio. This research method is descriptive method and theory the theory used (Sedyawati 1979: 39), (Guba Lincoln 1983: 193) and (Mathis 2001: 36). The data collection technique used is technique observation, documentation techniques, interview techniques. Conclusion of this study is the Sanjayo Art Studio Coaching has been going pretty well, seen from the functioning of the Guidance starts from maintenance, direction, pengelolahan, educate, supervise or control, rescue, giving guidance, and improving quality has also been running in the Art Studio Sanjayo, for example, there is a regeneration of management, a structure has been formed quite well, for example, there was the participation of the Sanjayo Art Studio in events, the existence of social activities, creating works of art. Supervision stage done at the Sanjayo Art Studio also runs quite well, for example direct supervision of studio leaders on the teaching and learning process, supervision is also carried out by trainers, administrators, coordinators in the process teaching and supervision of the use of training tools later coordinated with the studio leader.
