Abstract

Secondary recovery (water flooding) and tertiary recovery methods are carried out on an oil and gas well to assist the process of producing oil to the surface. Water flooding is a widely used method because water is easily available, water supply is quite cheap and mobility is low. The injection water analysis process is divided into 2 parameters namely physical parameters and chemical parameters. The standard quality of injection water quality is different in each company, the following are the quality standards for injection water quality at BOB PT BSP-Pertamina Hulu. TSS, TDS, Oil Content ≤ 120 Ppm, Turbidity ≤ 20 NTU, Dissolved Oxygen ≤ 30 Ppb, Bacteria ≤ 100 Col / ml, pH 6.5-8, Fe3 + ≤ Ppm, Chloride, Scale Index ≤ 0. This is very important done so that the water injected into the well does not cause problems. The process of analyzing injection water quality at BOB PT BSP-Pertamina Hulu is by analyzing injection water samples in the laboratory. In this study, researchers tested TSS, TDS, Oil Content, Turbidity, Dissolved Oxygen, Bacteria, pH, Fe3 +, Chloride, and Scale Index in the BOB laboratory. Researchers also carried out stiff diagram analysis, from the results of the analysis that had been done formed a pattern on the stiff diagram which then this pattern will be used as a reference for injecting or not this water goes to the target layer. The injection water quality of the ES-031 Well is categorized according to the company's quality standard with a value of 0.0011 ppm for Total Suspended Solid, 50600 ppm for Total Dissolved Solid, 35.03 ppm for Oil Content, 17.4 NTU for Turbidity, 25 ppb for Dissolved Oxygen, 10 col / ml for Bacteria, 7.69 for pH, 0.04 ppm for Fe3 +, 2880 ppm for Chloride, - 0.13 for Scale Index and injection water are suitable for injection.
