Abstract

This study aims to produce interactive learning media using Adobe Flash by obtaining a valid and appropriate SETS (Science, Environment, Technology and Society) as a respiration system learning media in class XI high school. This research is a type of research and development (Research and Development) with the ADDIE development method. The subjects of this study were grade XI students at Seberida N 1 High School, Indragiri Hulu Regency, Riau. The research data was obtained from validation sheets collected by media experts, material experts, and biology teachers, as well as response questionnaires obtained from the results of product trials for peer review and students. The results of this study indicate that the quality of learning media based on the results of validation by media experts falls into the very feasible category with an average percentage of 96.43%. The results of the validation of material experts get an average percentage of 95.55% (very feasible), and the results of validation by three biology teachers get an average percentage of 96.58% also in the very feasible category. The results of the assessment from peer riview get a percentage of 99.64% with a very good category and the results of trials on students get an average percentage of 97.56% also with a very good category. Based on some of these categories, it can be concluded that the media developed are suitable to be used as learning media and get a positive response from peer reviewers and students.
