Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze and knowing victimization experienced indirectly by the ex offender criminal, Victimization of offender will be seen when they leave correctional institutions and want to make ends meet by finding a job that's when they will be hampered later as is statement of conduct police record (skck). because for the ex offender that want to make statement of conduct police record will be attached to the crime they have ever committed. Of course this will prevent them from achieving their own goals and hinder the goals that have been done by the Correctional Institutions who want them later after going out will become more responsible and able to return to society completely without any discrimination.this study uses descriptive qualitative methods, namely reseach that presents facts in the field through oral and written words and observable behavior from the people studied. In this study it was found that there was an indirect victimization process carried out by the government and pivate sector which made them former inmates not confident in living their lives and felt inferior to achieve what they wanted, of course this became a serious problem if it continued to be.
