Abstract

This research was carried out at the UPT Office of the Population and Civil Registration Service in Tampan District, Pekanbaru. This research was conducted with the aim of (1) to find out the implementation of family card management at the Population and Recording Service of Tampan Subdistrict Pekanbaru (2) to find out the factors that influence the implementation of family card management at the Pekanbaru City Population and Civil Registration Office. Data collection techniques that the authors used in this study were observation, interview, documentation and questionnaire techniques. Then the data analysis technique that the writer uses in this study is to be descriptive, the population and sample in this study consist of (1) the Population and Registry Service secretary as many as 1 person (2) the head of the government section as many as 1 person (3) Government officials as many as 4 people (4) people who have managed 24 family cards, which are then sampled using Accidental Samplin techniques. Based on the results of research conducted by the author, the service of publishing family cards on the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Tampan District Pekanbaru has not gone well, because there are several problems, namely the inaccurate time for completing the family card management process and the process of obtaining a family card. understood by society clearly.
