Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the management of Purnama Kampar BUMDes in Kampung Panjang Village, North Kampar District, Kampar Regency (Study of Waserda Business Types). Management assessment indicators used include planning, organizing, directing, and controlling. This type of research is a quantitative descriptive survey, which prioritizes questionnaire lists as a means of collecting data and data collected with this tool and then becomes the main raw material for analyzing empirical conditions and objectivity of the existence of objectives at the study site. The population and sample in this study were 36 people. The types and data collection techniques used consisted of, primary data collected using questionnaire list techniques and interviews and secondary data collected using observation techniques. While the data analysis technique used is using a frequency table tool. Based on this analysis technique, the researcher assessed and concluded that the Management of the Purnama Kampar BUMDes in Kampung Panjang Village, North Kampar District, Kampar Regency (Study of Waserda Business Types) was categorized as good. Purnama Kampar BUMDes has been managed as much as possible by the management, coaches, and other parties related to BUMDes. However, up to now the contribution of BUMDes to local revenue has not been maximized. Because the BUMDes of Waserda's business have only run for more than two years. So that the administrators and coaches must work harder to advance the BUMDes Waserda business. As for the inhibiting factor is the management in supplying groceries is not optimal and the realization of the opening and closing time of Waserda is not in accordance with the timetable for opening Waserda agreed at village meetings or deliberations.
