Abstract
This study aims to examine the effect of motivation on Employee productivity of the production section at PT. Manunggal Inti Artamas At the Kuantan Singingi Logas. A sample of 31 respondents in the section production at PT. Manunggal Inti Artamas in the Kuantan Regency Logas Singingi Data collection techniques, namely interviews and questionnaires for facilitate problem solving, this research was conducted with using a descriptive method that is by analyzing the data that has been collected from the results of research then linked to the theoretical basis studied library and use simple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS Statistical version 20. And the result is an influence but not significant motivation on the work productivity of employees of the production section at PT. Manunggal Inti Artamas at the Kuantan Singingi Logas.
